Chicken Gumbo Soup

Ingredients:
1 Onion
1 Whole chicken, cut up
2 Stalks celery
1 c. of chicken broth
1 Small green pepper
1 Can 16 oz. tomatoes
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Can or frozen corn
¼ c. of olive oil
1 Box shell macaroni
Dash of red pepper
1 Bag frozen okra, 12 – 16 oz.
1 Bay leaf
1 Large clove of garlic
Saute chicken, onion, celery, green pepper and garlic with butter and olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 5 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients and cook for 1 hour. Serve with garden salad. Serves 8 to 12.
